Man, it feels really great to hit that write button on here. And don't tell me to smile, yesterday was actually tolerable to take some outfit photos and it made me happy. I've wanted to share this outfit for a while but never had a chance to snap it, so voila. Here's me trying this sporty chic look while also getting use out of my old school Adidas sneaks from 6th grade. It's amazing that I still have these. Although they are a half size too small for me they just always looked so cool.
Hi friends, this is going to be a quick post...just wanted to say Happy Chinese New Year! I am half Chinese (my mother is originally from Hong Kong) and although I am no way culturally Chinese, I still identify as Chinese-American and have pride for that side of my family. I am really craving my mom's eggrolls right now! I hope all of you who celebrate (or already have) have/had a great day with your friends and family, or however you celebrate it.
I also wanted to let you all know I am still alive, just swamped with graduate school work (you know, books upon books, papers, and work in the archives). The other issue I wanted to address is that the wind chill was -4 degrees Fahrenheit when I left for work and I am so over this weather. This month is pretty bad weather wise, but I hope to get more outfit posts up by next month. I really want to do a review of the Sephora products I posted about here so I hope to get that up once life calms down. I have not forgotten about this space, I really do want to blog more but it's been impossible lately! Love you all! xx
Happy February lovelies! Not a big Valentine's Day person myself, but I do love that this is the shortest month, which means we are getting closer to spring! Anyway, I wanted to do a post on an e.l.f. lip product called the Studio Matte Lip Color in "Tea Rose." I've been wearing it lately and figured I would give it a review combined with a quick outfit.
