Figured I show y'all some of my vintage/thrift finds I picked up at the end of December. I technically have not purchased any clothes so far in 2015, can I get an applause?
Apologies for the insane lighting going on here, I was fighting with the natural light!
Vintage camo jacket: $15 /// Floral romper: $5
This jacket is surprisingly extremely warm, I've been able to wear it a bunch of times this winter already! Pretty sure it is an actual military jacket, at least that is what the inside inscriptions lead me to believe.
I couldn't pass up this beaut of a romper...the print and the collar sealed the deal. The only issue is I wish it was a dress! I've been contemplating either ripping out the seam to make it a dress, or cutting it in half and making it a two-piece set. What do you think?
Thrifted high waist shorts: $1.50?
I think I got a discount on these shorts because it's winter. I wore them on NYE with tights, striped turtleneck, and my camo jacket!
Thrifted baseball tee: $2.99? 3.99?
The sports trend is real right now and that's cool in my book. I can wear this tucked in to high waist shorts or unbuttoned over top a crop top or tank. Clearly I am thinking about warmer temperatures...
Vintage floral lingerie set: $10!!!
DROOL. When I saw this and then the price I freaked out. I cannot wait until spring/summer to pair the cover up with crop tops and high waist shorts. I probably won't wear the dress too often but come to think of it it'd be super cute layered over a turtleneck or long sleeve. Super 90s, right??
All the vintage items are from this cute little shop near my hometown called Wilson Ross (prices are so good!) and the thrifted items are from the hugest thrift store I've ever been in (srsly) about 45 minutes from my hometown. That place is amazing!
What piece is your favorite and how would you style it? Lemme know!
