More Plaid + Dresslink Review

December 11, 2014

More plaid!! Sorrynotsorry. It feels so good to be back...the past month my life has been consumed by school and it's finally finals week. I have some minor bits due tonight, but the worst is over, I survived my first semester of graduate school! Now time for more outfit posts :) I've been wearing this outfit a lot. It's so comfy/cozy/cute. I got this Brandy Melville t-shirt dress to see what all the hype was about, and I can say I am part of that hype now. I also picked up these boots from Macy's Black Friday sale and love them a lot.

I wanted to do a short review about which is where the scarf is from. I think I heard of it from a YouTuber...but yeah, it's another one of those wholesale sites from Asia. I decided to give it a try because I heard good reviews and everything is so so cheap. I picked up this plaid scarf and two other infinity scarves and a plaid button up that I am pleased with. The scarves are totally worth more than I paid! The plaid one is pretty long and not too thin. The infinity scarves could definitely hold me over in a polar vortex I, however, received some leggings with skull prints on the knees and they were absolutely horrible. Did not fit me at all, I couldn't even get it up to my waist (I'm 5'3'') and then one of the skulls peeled off! Granted they were only $3, but jeez. I also ordered a hat and haven't received it yet. I sent an email a few days ago and got a reply saying my orders were sent out in two parcels so I am glad customer service was responsive. Overall, I say the site is worth trying, just make sure you go by the measurements, as with any Asian wholesale site. I got the plaid shirt in an XXL because I wanted an over sized fit, but it fits more like a normal sized shirt. Many of the products have helpful reviews too which is nice. Processing and shipping took about 2 and a half weeks. I would consider ordering from them again.

I can't believe 2014 is almost over! Sorry to burst anyone's bubble, but it's almost 2015, wtf??
